Product Description
PCP produces high quality reinforced concrete pipes with spigot and socket joint design. Pipes are available in nominal internal diameters ranging from ø400mm to ø1400mm and a standard effective length of 2.00m.
Specifications:
Our pipes comply with the Palestinian Standards requirements (PS 49-2008) and are generally available in the standard strength classes III and IV according to ASTM – C76-05 standards, however higher classes or special requirements can be achieved to conform to specific project requirements and designs.
PCP also offers the option of using sulphate resisting cement in its products which increases the durability of the product and minimizes the effect of weathering and corrosion resulting from the chemical reaction with the substances being conveyed by the pipeline.
At PCP an automatic cage welding machine is utilized to form its pipe steel reinforcement. This system ensures high consistency and accuracy in the cage forming process and allows for proper reinforcement of the joint ends.
PCP is an accredited supplier and a well recognized partner for all key infrastructure projects implemented under the supervision of international organizations such as USAID, KFW, ANERA, JICA, AFD
Joint Sealants
The spigot and sealing system to the “sliding wedge seal” has been carefully designed to guarantee the stability of the rubber gasket in its place and prevent it from sliding. A rocking device has been designed to give the required flow and the exact angle to suit the produced concrete pipe diameter as shown in the drawing below.
